I did the Pocatello 10k today. I ran it in 1 hour which is okay, pretty much what I was expecting. I'm sore, suprisingly more than I thought. It was fun and a great experience. I learned a ton and I can't wait to run my next. Maybe next year I'll try the 1/2 marathon.
After the 10k we headed to the Blackfoot fair, always a good time. Claire loved the petting zoo, jake-not so much. They had some brand new piglets that were adorable. We rode the outrageously priced fair rides which Claire loved and had a fit not getting to ride again.
